Our 8 Young Ambassadors will be presenting their projects at our Summer Festival, 28 August – 6 September 2026.
LACHRIMAE

ARIEL’S CAVE
A relaxed, sensory space designed and built by our Young Ambassadors Darcey, Rakeb, Ruchithaa and Sam.

What does the scheme involve?
Our Young Ambassadors are young people aged 16–19 who lead and make change in the arts. Through the scheme, Young Ambassadors gain hands-on experience in an arts organisation and help to shape the future of Vache Baroque.
The programme takes place from May to October 2026, with eight meetings and workshops that help Young Ambassadors to plan and execute their own project as part of our Summer Festival in August. The scheme also aims to give young people:
★Hands-on work experience, giving you an insight into the day-to-day running of an arts organisation, including during our Summer Festival in August
★ Opportunities to develop your leadership skills and gain experience in programming and producing live events
★ Trips to concerts and performances
★ A chance to meet and collaborate with like-minded creative young people
Who is it for?
2024 YOUNG AMBASSADORS
In 2024, our first group of Young Ambassadors organised Sounds of the World, a concert exploring global musical cultures.
