MEET OUR CHEF: SAMI RAMADAN

We are delighted that this year’s restaurant menu and hampers will be created by Sami Ramadan (@mindfulcookingwithsr).

Sami began learning his craft at just 16, working in some of London’s top restaurants and developing a strong foundation in technique and flavour. Today, he brings that experience into the world of pop-ups, cooking in renowned spaces such as Harrods, Donny’s, and a variety of kitchens across London.

This year at The Vache, Sami’s menus will draw inspiration from his journeys beyond the capital, celebrating the bold flavours of the Mediterranean and Cyprus. His experience immersing himself in different culinary traditions is central to his approach, that above all, creates food designed to bring people together.
